| Extremely deep intense dark purple colour. Made from macerated Myrtle berries, the nose is very spicy, quite penetrating and almost jammy with bittersweet, cassis-blueberry notes with some caramel notes. Sweet, medium-full bodied, quite viscous, honeyed, spicy, intense, blackberry flavours with a lingering, high acid finish. This Sardinian liqueur has 30% alcohol and a little seems to go a long way. | TASTING NOTE: Rich, complex aromas of dark and blue fruit with herb and spice tones. Smooth and caressing in the mouth with a superbly balanced, delicately articulated sweetness - there is nothing cloying about this at all. Good fruit intensity and depth.
