| Bright golden yellow colour. Intense, complex, very slightly peppery, gently cedary, ripe plum-caramel nose. Fairly dry, medium bodied, spicy, attractive, smooth, honeyed, intense, ripe plum purée flavours with a caramel-tinged, vanilla stick finish. Distilled on September 9, 1996 and matured in Sherry hogshead barrels, it has 52.6% alcohol and was bottled on November 8, 2017. |
