Very bright pale straw colour. Quite dusty, mineral-tinged, diced lemon-apple nose with some peppery notes. Very dry, medium bodied, somewhat peppery, very grassy, lemon-apple flavours with a lingering, crisp, unoaked, mineral-tinged, fairly high acid finish. Has 13% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number Lot 3 on the back label. Screwcap closure.
