Extremely pale straw colour. Intense, gently complex, spicy, grassy, ripe rhubarb nose with lots of mineral notes. Dry, medium to medium-full bodied, well structured, intense, spicy, grassy, ripe lemon-melon-grapefruit-rhubarb flavours with a lingering, unoaked, very crisp finish. Has 13% alcohol and 5 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure.
