Bright very pale straw colour. Spicy, very faintly reductive, ripe rhubarb-apple-lemon nose with some mineral notes. Slightly off dry, medium bodied, very spicy, honeyed, ripe apple-melon-rhubarb-lemon flavours with some lingering, fairly toasty finish. Has 13.5% alcohol and 5 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure.
