| Extremely deep intense purple colour. Intense, slightly spicy, peppery, savoury, plum-blueberry nose with some cedary, faintly marshy, cattail notes. Fairly dry, medium to medium-full bodied, fairly dense, quite well structured, slightly spicy, tangy, baked cherry-plum flavours with a lingering, cedary, high acid, somewhat peppery finish. This THIRD REPEAT has 14.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with the same lot number L17153 on the back label. The 2015 (**) was last released on September 30, 2017 at $19.95. Lots of this previous shipment is still available in Vintages outlets. |
