Golden medium amber colour. Intense, very spicy, cooked apple-plum nose with some nutty, fallen leaf and caramel notes. Dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, harmonious, spicy, ripe plum-apple purée flavours with a lingering, fairly high acid, caramel notes on the finish. |

TASTING NOTE: Mid amber colour with bronze flashes. Lovely inviting nose with wafts of warm bread and butter pudding, vanilla, brioche and raisins with a sprinkle of nutmeg. The palate is delightful, full, yet soft and round with complex nuances of warm Madagascar spices, cigar box and roast nut. The finish is long, with wonderful balance and integrity. Score - Silver Medal Outstanding (International Wine & Spirit Competition, 2016) |
