It's creamy and toasty with aromas and flavours of green apple, lemon and buttercream, and a long finish. Pair with roast chicken or Gord Downie's personal favourite meal of orzo with onions, Italian sausage and mushrooms, and raise a glass to this beloved Canadian album and to Gord's illustrious career.
