TASTING NOTE: Named for an incident in which two Mennonite congregations disagreed over ownership of a pipe organ. The issue was \"resolved\" when members of one group broke into the other congregation's church and stole the organ. Organized Crime was founded in 2006 and specializes in handcrafted small-batch winemaking. Their 2016 Sauvignon Blanc is characterful and lifted, with notes of grass, white pepper, gooseberry, apple, peach and lime zest. Crisp and intensely flavoured, it's a perfect match for grilled fish, seafood salads or a creamy goat cheese. (Vintages panel, Sept. 2017) Price $ 19.95
