Bright very pale straw colour. Fairly intense, grassy, ripe lemon nose with some sweaty, rhubarb-apple notes. Dry, medium-light bodied, tangy, intense, ripe melon-lemon-apple flavours with a very crisp, unoaked, gently grassy finish. Has 13% alcohol and 4 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure.
