TASTING NOTE: Wither Hills, who celebrated their first vintage in 1994, was named for the range that abuts their vineyards. The Pinot Noir for this rosé was sourced from sites in the Wairau Valley, one of the three subregions of Marlborough. This is summer in a glass, with pretty red fruit, cherry and strawberry particularly. Fresh and long with a soft, smooth texture. A great warm-weather sipper, it has plenty of bright food-friendly acidity and will easily pair with a wide range of foods. (Vintages panel, Oct. 2017) Price $ 18.95
