Tasting note: This glistening, buckwheat honey coloured brandy seduces with a voluptuous nose of fruit, orange peel, sherry and butterscotch toffee. Quite bracing on the palate. Sharp and dry, yet picks up all the flavours and carries the notes of sherry, fruit and spice right into a lengthy finish. This is no ordinary brandy. Score – 95.
