TASTING NOTE: Richer, weightier and more developed than the 2015. Still fairly austere with pronounced struck flint character. Quite fleshy with good, ripe and fruity acidity. Approachable now but with plenty of cellaring potential. Drink: 2017 to 2022. Score - 95 (Bob Campbell, MW, bobcampbell.nz, Dec. 5, 2017) |
