| Bright medium gold colour. Fairly intense, sweet, honeyed, ripe apple nose. Very sweet, medium bodied, viscous, Seville-orange apricot marmalade flavours with a very spicy, bright, lingering, vanilla-caramel finish with some tropical fruit cocktail notes. This SECOND REPEAT has 10.5% alcohol and according to the LCBO website now 205 g/L residual sugar. The 2015 (**+) was last released on December 9, 2017 at $19.95. It's full bodied and syrupy sweet with flavours of dried apricot and apple, trailing off to a fruit-forward finish. Use this as an ingredient in the winery's own Vidal Icewine Apple Chutney recipe.
