Enjoy this after dinner or use it in recipes that feature pear or apple. Tasting note: This eau-de vie offers something a little different, with an intense duet of apple-pear fragrance and highlights of gummy sweetness on the nose. The texture envelops and the spice engages, with the spirit finishing fiery and dry. Score – 87. (Patricia Noonan, Wine Access “First In Line E-Report”, July 26, 2003) Price $ 21.95
