|Pale straw colour. Slightly spicy, tangy, lemon-apple nose with some brioche notes. Fairly dry, medium to medium-light bodied, spicy, faintly honeyed, ripe apple-lemon-plum flavours with a crisp, unoaked, faintly toasty, effervescent finish. Ready-to-drink. This blend of 30% Macabeo, 40% Xarello and 30% Parellada has 11.5% alcohol and 11 g/L residual sugar.

|TASTING NOTE: 30% Macabeo, 40% Xarello, 30% Parellada. Soft green apple and citrus characters show on this harmonious nose. The palate is textured with baked apple pie notes, white fruits and clean citrus, ensuring a fresh and mouth-watering finish. Score - 92 (Decanter World Wine Awards, 2016)
