Bright very pale straw colour. Spicy, honeyed, fresh, ripe, pear-apple-melon puree nose. Dry, medium bodied, well structured, spicy, honeyed, surprisingly fresh, ripe apple-melon-pear puree flavours with a lingering, unoaked finish.
