TASTING NOTE: This wine blends estate fruit with grapes from Niagara-on-the-Lake, including 10% Chardonnay Musqué, though it's the fruit ripeness and the barrel that really make the boldest statements here. Baked apple, grilled pineapple, buttered toast, vanilla and lemon curd hold sway in this rich, creamy Chard. Pour it with barbecued chicken, pork or lobster.
