Bright medium gold colour. Intense, slightly spicy, attractive, intense, complex, autumnal, fallen leaf nose. Fairly dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, harmonious, bright, plum jam, honeyed chestnut flavours with a lingering finish. This blend of Baco, Folle Blanche, Ugni Blanc and Colombard has 40% alcohol and last appeared in Vintages (***) on February 20, 2016 at $51.95 (#208900 for 750 ml) and was Recommended. |
