| Bright day-glo lime-tinged golden yellow colour. Sweet, intensely honeyed, black licorice nose with some very spicy, floral notes. Very sweet, medium-full bodied, very viscous, dense, spicy, honeyed, chamomile-licorice flavours with a lingering, vibrant, floral finish. Has 45% alcohol and 273 g/L residual sugar. Personally, I prefer the traditional less sweet Green Chartreuse which has 55% alcohol (#37333 at $34.00 for 375 ml). |
