TASTING NOTE: Redstone is the third project of the one and only Moray Tawse. It takes its name from the large stones and the red clay soil in the vineyards. This wine is farmed organically and biodynamically and delivers well defined harmony. It possesses great vibrancy and tension along with generous apple, lime, honey, pear, peach and mineral notes. A refined, juicy, refreshing off-dry Riesling that will be a lip-smacking addition to ribs in a spicy barbecue sauce. (Vintages panel, Sept. 2017) Price $ 19.95
