Bright pale straw colour. Spicy, honeyed, baked lemon-apple puree nose. Dry, medium-light bodied, spicy, tangy, lemon-apple puree flavours with a very crisp, effervescent finish. This blend of Pinot Gris, Viognier, Muscat Canelli, Pinot Blanc and just a touch of Chardonnay has 12% alcohol and 10 g/L residual sugar. CSPC 497735
