Very dry, medium to medium-full bodied, intense, spicy, bitter, dried lemon-apple flavours with a very crisp, somewhat cedary, high acid finish. Tasted twice. Has 13.1% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure. |
