Very pale straw colour. Shy, faintly spicy, ripe apple nose. Fairly dry, medium-light to light bodied, very slightly spicy, ripe apple flavours with a crisp, unoaked, mineral-tinged finish. Ready-to-drink. This blend of Grenache Gris and Grenache Noir has 13% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. The 2016 (not presented) was released on June 10, 2017 at $29.95. CSPC 451138
