|Very pale straw colour. Shy, faintly spicy, ripe apple nose. Fairly dry, medium-light to light bodied, very slightly spicy, ripe apple flavours with a crisp, unoaked, mineral-tinged finish. Ready-to-drink. This blend of Grenache Gris and Grenache Noir has 13% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. The 2016 (not presented) was released on June 10, 2017 at $29.95.

|This Grenache-based pink wine is matured on the fine lees for several weeks before bottling. Look for notions of peach, yellow plum, fresh wild herbs and citrus peel and pour with grilled shellfish or Thai curries.
