| Forward deep yellow colour. Very spicy, honeyed, baked spicy apple and Seville orange marmalade nose with a hint of vinyl shower curtain. Very sweet, medium bodied, very spicy, somewhat viscous, honeyed, maple syrup-tinged, baked red apple puree flavours with a lingering, caramel-tinged finish. Has 10% alcohol and 209 g/L residual sugar. TONY ASPLER / 90-points - Old gold in colour; honey, peach and mango bouquet; medium-bodied, sweet, honeyed mango flavour with balancing, fresh acidity and a note of caramel on the finish. |

| TASTING NOTE: Herbert Konzelmann has been making wine in Niagara since the 1980s, and Icewine is one of his specialties. This one is decadently sweet yet quite bright and lively, with apple, pineapple, honey, mango and apricot and a subtle suggestion of fresh mushroom on the long finish.
