Deep violet colour. Spicy, bright, intense, plum-cherry puree nose with lots of mineral notes. Dry, medium-light bodied, spicy, tangy, dusty cherry-plum flavours with a bright, faintly peppery finish. Has 12.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with some screwcap closure. This complex Gamay offers up sweet cherry and red berry notes with underlying black fruit tones and a delightful pepper spice. Fresh and pretty.
