Shy day-glo light salmon colour. Slightly spicy, very faintly doughy, ripe plum-apple nose. Dry, medium-light bodied, attractive, slightly spicy, ripe lemon-apple-melon flavours with a crisp, unoaked finish. Has 13.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar.
