Very pale straw colour. Very attractive, ripe lemon-melon-apple puree nose with some brioche notes. Dry, medium bodied, well structured, ripe lemon-melon-apple flavours with a long, lingering, crisp, effervescent, gently complex, faintly toasty, still tight finish. This outstanding blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir spent 48 months on the lees. Better than the 2008 (***) which was released on March 30, 2013 at $34.95. CSPC 142679
