Bright day glo pale salmon colour. Slightly spicy, fresh, red ripe apple-melon-plum puree nose. Dry, medium-light bodied, harmonious, spicy, faintly honeyed, ripe apple-melon-plum flavours with a crisp unoaked finish. Ready-to-drink. Silky and focused on the palate, offering racy citrus fruit and red berry flavors and a hint of chalky minerality. Finishes dry and stony, displaying strong persistence and a repeating floral note.
