TASTING NOTE: Bodega Colomé has been crafting wine since 1831, making it the oldest operating winery in Argentina. This Tannat is massively mouthfilling and immaculately structured, with intense dark fruit, earthy notes and a nice ribbon of lively acidity. Pair with rare prime rib alongside twice-baked potatoes heaped with Parmigiano- Reggiano and cheddar. (Vintages panel, Feb. 2018) |
