Very bright pale straw colour. Fairly intense, slightly spicy, ripe lemon-melon-apple nose with some mineral notes. Fairly dry, medium-light bodied, attractive, very slightly spicy, fresh ripe lemon-apple flavours with a lingering, fairly high acid, very effervescent finish. Quite ready to drink. Has 12.5% alcohol and 8 g/L residual sugar with lot number L17/321 on the back label. Bright, fruity, creamy aromas of green apple pastry, peaches in cream, and lemon chiffon with a supple, tangy, finely carbonated, dry-yet-fruity medium body and an effortless, amusing, medium-long white nuts, lime-pineapple sorbet, and minerals finish with no oak.
