TASTING NOTE: This is sourced exclusively from Pelham's older vines, which date to over 30 years of age. Floral and vibrant, this Riesling offers excellent concentration of lime, white peach and apple, with a dash of tropical fruit and mineral oil adding complexity. Perfect balance and a nicely articulated minerality seal the deal here. Enjoy with grilled pork chops, turkey dinner or fish, or cellar it and follow its evolution for another 5-7 years.
