| Bright medium straw colour. Slightly honeyed, spicy, honeyed, ripe apple-melon-lemon puree nose with some mineral notes. Faintly off-dry, medium-light bodied, very faintly honeyed, bright, spicy, ripe apple-melon-lemon flavours with a crisp, unoaked, mineral-tinged finish. Has 9.5% alcohol and now according to the LCBO 17 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure. The recommended best buy 2016 (**+) was released on July 7, 2018 at $19.95. |

Floral and vibrant, this Riesling offers excellent concentration of lime, white peach and apple, with a dash of tropical fruit and mineral oil adding complexity. Perfect balance and a nicely articulated minerality seal the deal here. Enjoy with grilled pork chops, turkey dinner or fish, or cellar it and follow its evolution for another 5-7 years.
