Bright extremely pale straw colour. Slightly spicy, fresh, bright, ripe apple-lemon-melon nose with some mineral notes. Dry, light bodied, tangy, fresh ripe lemon-apple flavours with a very faint grassy finish. Has 12.5% alcohol and a screwcap closure.
