Bright extremely pale straw colour. Very reductive, sweaty, herbal, stewed apple-lemon nose with some mineral-tinged, beeswax notes. Dry, medium-light bodied, youthful, very slightly spicy, somewhat grassy, very faintly bitter apple-melon flavours with a very crisp, unoaked finish. Has 11.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure. Better than the 2013 (*+/**) released on August 30, 2014 at $17.95. TONY ASPLER / 87-points - Slightly reductive nose of cut grass and grapefruit; medium-bodied, dry, crisp, green plum and grapefruit flavours with a touch of oxidation. CSPC 341792
