A Best Buy
TASTING NOTE: Plump, fleshy and richly fruited, this gorgeous shiraz is filled with blackberry, dark plum, mocha and cedar characters with nuances of spice and black olives. It is concentrated and superbly weighted on the palate, and offers terrific fruit intensity as well as velvety texture and loads of silky tannins. The wine is opulent and flavoursome, and is brilliantly drinking already. At its best: now to 2025. Score - 94 (Sam Kim, wineorbit.co.nz, May 2017) Price $ 22.95
