| Very bright pale straw colour. Slightly spicy, fairly intense, very bright, gently complex, subtle, lemony, key lime pie nose. Dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, slightly spicy, gentle ripe lemon-apple meringue flavours with some toasty notes and hints of key lime pie on the lingering finish. Quite ready to drink. Has 13% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L18039946 on the capsule and 15.29.44 1L18659 on the lower part of the glass bottle.
