Medium amber colour. Intense, spicy, attractive, Rummy, molasses-tinged, caramel-plum nose with some coconut-brown-sugar notes. Fairly dry, medium bodied, well structured, spicy, honeyed, somewhat tangy, ripe plummy flavours with a a lingering, high acid, lifted, caramel finish. EHP Single Still Demerara Rum is distilled in the EHP wooden continuous Coffey still, which was built on the Enmore sugar plantation in 1880. Has 40% alcohol with lot number JUN/14/18 located on the neck of the bottle. CSPC 341164

The El Dorado EHP Single Still Demerara Rum is distilled in the EHP wooden continuous Coffey still, which was built on the Enmore sugar plantation in 1880 and was based on the designs of Aeneas Coffey, the Irish distiller and inventor whose \"Coffey stills\" revolutionized distillation. The \"EHP\" in the name refers to Edward Henry Porter, former owner of the Enmore plantation. Price $ 87.95
