The El Dorado EHP Single Still Demerara Rum is distilled in the EHP wooden continuous Coffey still, which was built on the Enmore sugar plantation in 1880 and was based on the designs of Aeneas Coffey, the Irish distiller and inventor whose \"Coffey stills\" revolutionized distillation. The \"EHP\" in the name refers to Edward Henry Porter, former owner of the Enmore plantation. |
