TASTING NOTE: This has a fine, well integrated nose of baked apple, vanilla/butterscotch, spice, wood smoke and some butteriness. It is medium bodied, a touch sweet and very smooth yet underpinned by fine Niagara acidity and a touch of minerality. The length is very good to excellent.
