Bright very pale straw colour. Gently complex, spicy, lemon-melon nose with some very faint toasty notes. Dry, medium-light bodied, spicy, ripe lemon-apple-melon-apricot flavours with a crisp finish and modest effervescence. Has 12.5% alcohol and 11 g/L residual sugar. This traditional-method sparkler from Jackson-Triggs has always waved the flag with particular poise. You can expect a refined wine with apple, pear, lemon citrus and baked bread tones. A luxury sparkler at an affordable price, this would be a sophisticated palate-refresher at a formal meal. Price $ 29.95
