Very bright light yellow colour. Attractive, slightly spicy, faintly peppery, ripe, apple purée nose with some traditional fallen leaf, autumnal notes. Dry, medium bodied, harmonious, slightly spicy, ripe apple-plum purée flavours with a lingering, faintly lemony, fairly high acid, caramel finish. This REPEAT has 40.8% alcohol. The back label says that this is an “assemblage de 2 eaux-de-vie realisé le 4 Dec 2014.” Last appeared in Vintages (***) with 91-points on October 14, 2017 at $99.95. CSPC 497362
