| Not presented at the press and/or consultants preview in the LCBO lab. Here is my note from the 750 ml bottle: Very deep intense purple colour. Youthful, intense, slightly spicy, intense, ripe plum nose with some sandalwood notes. Dry, medium to medium-full bodied, quite well structured, harmonious, slightly spicy, youthful, intense, ripe plum cherry flavours with a lingering, bright, gently cedary, sandalwood-tinged finish. right, gently cedary, sandalwood-tinged finish. This blend of 67% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and 13% Sangiovese has 14% alcohol and 4 g/L residual sugar. |
