Bright medium light straw colour. Slightly spicy, gently toasty, ripe lemon meringue nose with some slight mineral notes. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, slightly spicy, tangy, fresh, lemon-apple purée flavours with a lingering, fairly high-acid, crisp, gently cedary finish. Has 14% alcohol and 3 g/L residual sugar with lot number L: 2731804 on the back label. CSPC 629428
