| This is one of 64 items (128 releases) not presented for evaluation under new LCBO policies. A REPEAT of the recommended 2016 (**+) was released on June 23, 2018 at $17.95. Here is my previous note and I hope that this shipment is just as good: Deep intense purple colour. Spicy, juicy, sandalwood-cedar driven ripe plum-cherry puree nose. Fairly dry, medium-full bodied, harmonious, spicy, rich, very ripe plum-cherry puree flavours with a lingering, fairly high acid, sandalwood-tinged, raisiny finish. Ready-to-drink. Has 14% alcohol and 13 g/L residual sugar. |
