Extremely deep intense purple colour. Complex, intense, very cedary, baked black cherry purée nose. Dry, medium to medium-full bodied, well structured, spicy, very cedary, dense, plum-cherry purée flavours with a lingering, high acid finish. Quite delicious - try with game, perhaps roast duck. This 100% Shiraz was grown in a single estate vineyard and spent 14 months in barrel. It has 14.5% alcohol and 4 g/L residual sugar with lot number L16235.

| This wine was made from 100% Shiraz grown in a single estate vineyard and spent 14 months in barrel. The producer suggests pairing it with ostrich kebabs.
