Forward bright medium straw colour. Attractive, slightly spicy, honeyed, ripe apple-lemon-melon purée nose. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, harmonious, effervescent, very bright, ripe lemon-melon-apple flavours with a lingering, mineral-tinged, crisp, gently toasty finish.
