Bright extremely pale straw colour. Slightly spicy, bright, fresh, ripe apple-melon purée nose with some mineral notes. Fairly dry, medium-light bodied, very spicy,fresh, ripe, apple-melon-lemon flavours with a lingering, mineral-tinged, fairly high acid finish. A ready-to-drink, well-priced, crowd-pleaser has 12.7% alcohol and 10 g/L residual sugar. CSPC 648899
