Here is my previous note: Bright light yellow colour. Intense, somewhat peppery, spearminty, cedary, floral-wheaty nose. Very dry, medium bodied, slightly peppery, dried lemon-plum flavours with a wheaty, somewhat cedary, lingering finish. This batch has 46% alcohol with bottling lot number 11/2016 Batch 04 and American Oak on the front label. |
