Extremely deep intense purple colour. Intense, complex, slightly spicy, ripe, plummy, cherry puree nose with lots of cedar notes. Dry, medium-full bodied, intense, harmonious, very well structured, dense with great mouthfeel, slightly spicy, very faintly herbal, intense, complex,ripe baked plum-cherry flavours with a lingering, cassis-cedar-tinged, fairly high acid, mocha-chocolate-tinged finish. This new 100% Malbec has 14.9% alcohol and 5 g/L residual sugar with lot number L-210319 on the back label. Even better than the 2014 which last appeared in Vintages (***) with 90-points on June 9, 2018 at $24.95 and was Recommended Best Buy. CSPC 477315
