Lovely, caramel-tinged, sweet, essence of warm apple nose. Very faintly sweet, medium-full bodied, viscous, fairly rich, warm ripe apple essence flavours with some caramel notes on the lingering finish. |

| Gold Medal winner at the 2014 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.TASTING NOTE: Double distilled in copper pot stills and aged a minimum of six years up to 15 years, this is a complex Calvados that's the core of the Boulard range showcasing all the flavours from each Calvados in the range. It's fragrant and elegant on the nose with ripe apple, vanilla, hazelnuts and almonds on the palate. Quite full it has a lingering brown spiced finish.
