Here is my previous note: Light gold colour. Fairly intense, spicy, caramel-tinged, nutty, sweet prune nose. Fairly sweet, slightly spicy, medium bodied, ripe plum flavours with some caramel notes on the crisp finish. This blend of 70% Trebbiano and 30% Malvasia and made using partially dried grapes and fortified with distilled alcohol. It has 16% alcohol and now 59 g/L residual sugar. |
